Are you seeking a position with an ability to change a life every day? The Bakery Team at Panera Bread creates high quality pastries and breads each night to prepare for our guests who crave our products. At the end of the day, our products are donated to local groups to help feed those less fortunate. The Bakers at Panera Bread are motivated, disciplined, quality minded and team inspired to make sure the highest quality products are provided to the guests. If you are seeking more than a “job” and an opportunity to become part of a team, this might be the opportunity for you. The Bakery Team works from 10pm until 6am and positions are available throughout the bakery/cafes. Candidates must be available to work overnight, for a flexible schedule and at several locations in the Metro they are applying for.
Training
Bakers complete a comprehensive training program with a Certified Baker Trainer at a Bakery Café with the direction of the Bakery District Manager to provide great feedback and development of baking skills to the Panera Standard.
