My name is Christie Glaeser and I am privileged to work with some of the most talented service professionals in the country. I work for Original Bread Inc, the oldest franchisee of Panera Bread in the country as the Human Resources Manager/Bakery Operations Manager. Original Bread was founded by people who believe in creativity, hard work, and integrity. As of December 2011, we have 31 Bakery/Cafe locations throughout the Kansas City Metro, Wichita, Topeka, Manhattan, Lawrence and St. Joseph, Mo with a fifth location coming soon to Derby, Kansas . We also look forward to a Brookside and Sedalia location in early 2012.

Our Products... We take pride in baking our products each night and make every salad and sandwich FRESH for our guests. At the end of each day, we take tremendous satisfaction in knowing that our baked goods are donated to non-profit organizations throughout our communities to help those less fortunate.
Our Service... We want to make sure that EVERY GUEST has an exceptional experience regardless if they are the first guest in the morning or the last guest of the day. We strive to go above and beyond expectations with each guest to ensure that they receive personal service and a great experience. We take pride in knowing the names of our guests and welcoming them on every visit they make to our Bakery/Cafes.
